Job description
We are looking to add a Talent Acquisition Supervisor to our growing team at DataOne Software. As our Talent Acquisition Supervisor you will be a key contributor to our continued success through the sourcing and hiring of dynamic contributors to the growing DataOne team. Your focus will be on driving excellence throughout our entire recruiting lifecycle. You will work closely with a diverse group of managers, first to understand our business needs and overarching personnel objectives, and then to contribute towards them by leading our talent acquisition efforts. Responsibilities:
* Development and execution of our talent acquisition strategy
* Identify, and successfully recruit high level talent to fill open roles and support the continued growth of the business, including:
* Working independently, and with hiring managers, to create and foster an amazing candidate experience
* Utilizing sourcing tools, existing network and market knowledge to identify and recruit in-market and passive candidates for open and upcoming positions
* Developing and maintaining a diverse candidate pipeline for open roles
* Oversee of all aspects of full-cycle recruiting activities, including:
* Posting, optimization and promotion of all open positions
* Effectively source both active and passive candidates
* Manage and carry out candidate communication, scheduling and screening
* Interviewing and evaluating candidates for aptitude and fit
* Coordination with hiring manager as candidates progress
* Working with hiring managers and stakeholders to identify, define and address key personnel needs.
* Researching and advising hiring managers on compensation for a diverse range of positions
* Work with our corporate HR and recruiting team to assure compliance with company standards
* Manage tools, processes and training related to talent acquisition
* Spearhead efforts to continuously improve our talent acquisition efforts by:
* Proactively identify opportunities for improvements
* Leading the design and implementation of improvement initiatives
* Maintaining close relationships and open dialogue with hiring managers to ensure their needs are met.
* Partner with management to identify and forecast personnel needs, including contributing to personnel and compensation strategies
* Reporting to management on performance, progress to goals and hiring trends
Key Skills
* In-depth knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques for active and passive candidates
* Strong knowledge of candidate assessment and selection methods
* Ability to coherently and concisely describe both the company and various roles accurately and in a way that generates candidate interest
* Excellent communication and active listening skills
* Demonstrated proficiency with applicant tracking systems (preferably Jobvite) and job boards (Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn and Indeed)
* Experience with HR tools and processes
* Outstanding organizational and planning skills
* Working knowledge of the industry and tech in general

Requirements
* 5+ years of relevant experience, managing a full life-cycle recruitment process within a complex organization and/or recruiting agency setting
* Proven track record of success in recruiting and hiring
* Position is currently hybrid/remote but will be on-site in the future
* Bachelor's Degree preferred
