The Director, Head of Talent Acquisition, will drive, inspire, and lead the TA strategy, programs and initiatives while fostering an amazing candidate experience, and developing a pipeline of diverse, high performing talent!
Reporting to the Head of Market HR, North America, this forward-thinking leader will leverage their strategic and creative capabilities to support ongoing recruiting needs by leveraging all aspects of candidate experience, talent pipelining and employment branding for varied business growth needs. Working with key stakeholders, this leader will ensure all processes, systems and audits are fully compliant, while meeting or exceeding KPIs. You will lead and inspire a team of 20+, by setting direction on business initiatives, streamlining operations, leveraging data to develop and implement solutions, adopting systems and enacting policies and programs that make the TA function best in class.
Your Role:
This passionate leader is accountable for leading the overall talent acquisition strategy for North America businesses as follows:
- Partner and communicate with HR Leadership and key business stakeholders to create a strategy for talent acquisition and deliver exceptional recruitment service that aligns with the company's talent philosophy, values, operating principles, and culture.
- Create an innovative and proactive Talent Acquisition function that supports the HR organization globally.
- Act as a talent advisor to Senior Leaders & HR Business Partners by driving and owning full lifecycle recruitment for positions across the organization.
- Turn strategic vision for talent acquisition into actionable implementation plans, addressing key area of the organization, both functional and geographic and their specific hiring needs.
- Champion diversity and culture in all aspects of the hiring process, from content of job descriptions, training for hiring managers, formulation of interview panels as well as candidate experience leading into a measurable improvement in availability and selection of diverse candidates into the organization.
- Ensure customer needs and projects are scoped currently, and apply keen project management skills to meet deadlines
- Lead long-range workforce planning that impacts the recruitment, engagement, performance, training, development, and retention of the company's workforce.
- Serves as a primary source of staffing and recruiting strategy advice, consultation, and education
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build out pipeline for current and future hiring demands, understanding business / geographic plans.
- Leverage data analytics and market intelligence to build partnerships with business leaders and continuously compare and improve overall recruiting effectiveness
- Effectively promote employee value proposition
- Accountable for a positive candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process.
- Drive a compliant recruiting process through recruiting audits and partner with legal & HR peers to ensure legal and policy alignment
- Manages client expectations and guides hiring manager and candidates alike through the recruiting process
- Partners closely with the RPO & MSP Teams to implement and support all company TA efforts
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, Management, or Business Administration.
- At least 10 years of progressive responsibility within a TA team including at least 5 years leading a team in that function, within a highly matrixed organization.
- Proven ability to build, manage, and retain a team of dedicated TA professionals that will embody the values and brand of the company.
- Proven change agent with the record of accomplishment for delivering on people and culture strategies.
- Experience in build out of operations, data analytics, technology, tools, platforms, and processes that help streamline TA effort, bringing a faster time to hire and a diverse slate of high performing talent into the business, balancing a desire for consistency with an awareness of local market factors and needs
- Hands on experience in using an ATS and associated tools to track performance and metrics and to create a community of potential candidates.
- Ability to influence and to act nimbly in the interests of talent initiatives.

- Is aware and use "state of the art" key recruiting technologies and methods including developing and executing innovative search techniques to generate a pool of candidates necessary to staff open positions
- Desire to reflect and support an unconscious bias culture and drive diversity and inclusion
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA strongly preferred
Location for this role will be a hybrid of remote and onsite in Burlington, MA
