The Team

We are seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to join American Tower's U.S. Tower ("UST") division's Human Resources organization. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of leadership, operational management, and individual contribution skills. The manager leads a team that executes full-cycle recruitment. In addition, the Manager oversees strategic campus and vendor programs, with a focus on diversity, and drives process enhancements and key metrics. The Manager, Talent Acquisition partners cross-functionally to deliver excellent support and drive success by providing best-in-class experiences for candidates and customers.

What You Can Offer Us

  • Closely partner with Recruiters, Human Resources Business Partners, and business units to ensure a thorough understanding of pipelining needs, critical openings, and business forecasts to effectively target appropriate talent.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple business units within the UST Talent Acquisition team.
  • Oversee and develop strategies for campus and vendor initiatives to engage entry-level talent and interns.
  • Lead process improvement efforts and drive operational efficiencies that positively impact recruiting processes and systems.
  • Manage the recruiting process with hiring managers and candidates to ensure positive experiences for everyone.
  • Support various ad hoc projects and initiatives.
  • As a manager, you will recruit, manage the performance of, and develop the careers of Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Coordinators. You must also cultivate a collaborative team dynamic that enables business objectives to be met.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required .
  • A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience required; 5-8 years preferred.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience managing other recruiters preferred.
  • Experience recruiting, hiring, and interviewing for positions in numerous disciplines strongly preferred.
  • Strong organization, planning, and project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks for yourself and a team to meet requirements and deadlines.
  • Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to achieve results effectively and professionally.
  • Strong leadership skills and an ability to drive and motivate a team to achieve results.
