Job description

We're looking for a Business Systems Analyst, ideally with experience across life sciences and software systems, to support our industry-leading biotech client.

Responsibilities of the Business Systems Analyst (Planisware):

• Help to collect information and assess business needs
• Develop materials for future state planning in Clarity system: written, visuals, and schematics
• Support build and validation of timeline templates
• Support build and validation of resource forecasting algorithms
• Support informal testing and UAT, particularly with use cases/script development
• Work with functional stakeholders to refine and optimize algorithm outputs

Requirements of the Business Systems Analyst (Planisware):

• Educational background in life sciences or software/systems, with both preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in life sciences with the ability to drive insights
• At least 3 years of experience with planning and resource forecasting across systems
• At least 3 years of experience working with PPM software tools or similar systems in clinical healthcare or R&D
• At least 2 years of experience working with predictive algorithms, in resourcing or otherwise
• Excellent communication and presentation skills - ability to interface with stakeholders to drive project progress
• Ability to design, write, and test resource algorithms
• Background in decision analytics a plus
