About This Role:

The Employee Experience Coordinator is an important member of Forresters global employee experience resource center the first point of contact for employees seeking EX-related support. The resource center team works together to support all employee inquiries and assist the internal EX team in executing various processes and projects critical to the company. As part of the resource center team, the EX Coordinator will be responsible for continuous process improvement, delivering excellent employee experience, and supporting the overall company culture.

Job Description:
  • Support employees by answering phone and email questions via the EX resource center inquiry platform. Efficiently assist employee requests per the service-level agreement and, when appropriate, route the question to the applicable team member.
  • Collaborate with team members in creating and/or reviewing EX process documents to pursue continuous improvement and alignment with global Forrester EX practices and philosophy.
  • Work closely with EX business partners and other EX teams to drive employee experience activities and processes that support business initiatives. Provide operational leadership on a variety of EX- and business-related projects.
  • Maintain human resources information systems to reflect ongoing employee changes (including new hires, promotions, compensation increases, position changes, and exits) in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate and high-quality data reports to EX team members and various business leaders.
  • Collaborate with all EX functions, including talent acquisition, benefits, employee engagement, business partners, HRIS and compensation, as well as all finance functions to effectively support the EX team. Identify and participate in projects that enhance employee experience and boost efficiency within the EX team.
Job Requirements:
  • A BA/BS degree with a strong academic record
  • Customer-facing undergraduate or postgraduate business experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • The ability to handle a high volume of work; the adaptability to change.
  • Strong organizational skills; attention to detail and process.
  • Critical thinking in a process-oriented environment. Someone who is unafraid to ask why and how can we do this differently?
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint and good overall desktop technology skills.
  • Familiarity with Workday and an applicant tracking system is a plus.
