Reporting directly to the VP of Finance & Operations you will be responsible for delivering a best in class employee experience. Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for working across the organization to support employees with all HR, payroll, benefits and policy related issues. You will manage all HR functions, from recruiting to performance reviews and everything in between. You will work closely with organization leaders, candidates and outside partners on a daily basis while maintaining knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory
changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. You will have the opportunity to help shape how HR grows at InsideTracker.

About You

• You will have 5 or more years of HR experience
• You will have a demonstrated core HR knowledge and application
• Your communication skills are precise and effective
• You are comfortable with discretion and handling sensitive information
• You have a working knowledge best-in class recruiting processes
• You are an empathetic and servant leader
• You look forward to contributing to a positive and diverse work culture through implementing HR policies, practices and program

Reports to: VP of Finance & Operations
Location: Cambridge, MA (Boston Area)
Hours: Full time, exempt (salaried)
Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S without sponsorship
