Senior Business Analyst - Contract - Cambridge, MA.

An American Company is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Cambridge, MA.
Role Description
• Support execution of North America Legal Entity Restructuring project (both internal programs and external collaborations) including finance, tax and IT initiatives:
• Work closely with project leaders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of project objectives Enforce productive project environment by utilizing standard project methodology, tools and processes
• Support project leaders and project team in creating and updating project materials (templates, intermediate documents, final reports) in Word, PPT and/or Excel format
• Track project progress against objectives, milestones and timelines and raise potential red flags to project leader as appropriate
• Support project leaders in preparation and presentation of progress reports to the appropriate internal project governance bodies, stakeholders and senior management
• If relevant: support project leaders in management of third party involved in project, including SME, consultancy firms, etc.
• Invoice tracking, vendor tracking, and ensure highly accurate payment processing - post legal entity restructuring project
• Follow detailed instructions and execute as per the instructions provided
• Support reporting process
• Lead activity tracker update
• Monitor weekly tracker, update send reminder to team members
• Ensure information consistency by reviewing key information (current status, next
steps) to ensure coherence of communicated timelines
• Generate Summary Tables from Excel tracker files and insert them into the general
reporting PowerPoint template
Skills & Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or MBA preferred
• Highly proficient in Excel
• 3-5 years of previous work experience in Finance Systems/SAP Projects
• SAP, Systems background is a plus
• Ideal: previous PMO experience & knowledge of healthcare environment
• Experience training teams either directly or through execution of project or matrix
