As the Director of Marketing Communications, you will be responsible for planning, development and implementation of all organizational product line marketing communications and public relations activities; both external and internal. Oversees development and implementation of all support materials and services related to brand marketing communications and public relations. Principle Job Description:- Responsible for creating, implementing, and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing communications and public relations strategy that will enhance the image of the entire Organogenesis product portfolio within the marketplace
- Facilitate internal and external communications, including all organization's brand marketing communications and public relations activities and materials including publications and media relations.
- Ensure proper articulation of all the organization's product lines desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the organization, and assure communication of image and position to all constituencies, both internal and external.
- Responsible for editorial direction, design, production, and distribution of all brand related publications.
- Coordinate media interest related to the organization's product lines and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests.
- Act as the organization's representative with the media related to the entire portfolio.
- Coordinate the appearance of all the organization's product lines in print and electronic materials to include areas such as letterhead, use of logo, brochures, etc.
- Develop, coordinate, and oversee all marketing communication programs related to the portfolio of products Ensure that the organization regularly conducts relevant market research, monitor trends, and incorporate as necessary into marketing communication strategies.
- Responsible for the marketing communications & public relations mission, goals and financial objectives related to the Organogenesis portfolio of products
- Ensures that evaluation systems are in place related to these goals and objectives and report progress to the Vice President of Marketing.
- Develops short and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing communications/ public relations program and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence, and evaluate performance.
- Recommends short and long-term marketing communications organizational goals and objectives to the Vice President of Marketing Develops, implements, and monitor systems and procedures necessary to the smooth operation of the brand related marketing communications/public relations function.

- Extensive Project Management Experience
- Creative writer and experience in graphic design and communications
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and creating multi-channel digital campaigns that engage, convert, and retain internal and external customers
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Critical thinker with an ambitious, solutions-oriented approach
- Fluency in Microsoft office (Outlook, Power-Point and Excel) Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing/communications/graphic design/creative writing
- 5+ years leadership/management experience
- At least 5+ years of experience within healthcare marketing; wound care and/or medical devices preferred 10+ years in Marketing and/or Communications
