Description There is a short-term contract / temporary opportunity in the Danvers, Massachusetts area for an HR Recruiter. Grow your skills as a Human Resources Recruiter in this skill-sharpening role. We need to find a talented individual with a growth mindset who is ready to learn and take on new responsibilities to work with this organization. You will be recruiting candidates for a wide variety of positions across accounting, marketing, operations, and technology fields. You're a great candidate for this job if you can perform recruiting functions as well as a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, including providing clerical support to the HR department. - Forming internal recommendations

- Utilizing digital recruiting resources

- Maintaining new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations

- Collecting and sorting candidates through various sources and platforms

- Administrating various administrative duties Requirements - You can do this job if you have proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms

- Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks

- Accomplished in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

- Experience writing procedure manuals, user instructions, business correspondence, and general report writing

- Candidates who are highly professional, as well as able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity, will be preferred

- Corporate Recruiting experience desired

- Full Cycle Recruiting experience

- Deep understanding of LinkedIn

- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
