Job description

A national leader in professional in-home care assistance services and we are looking to add an HR Assistant

This unique position, with remote opportunity, requires someone who is flexible, detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

  • Full cycle recruitment of direct care staff
  • On-boarding and Management of HRIS systems
  • Assist the scheduling team with the scheduling of caregivers and respond to situations where scheduling conflicts, emergencies and/or "call-outs" arise. Company schedule must be complete for the next business day/weekend before leaving for the day.
  • Track and record in all instances of assignment refusals, call-outs, late arrivals, early departures, etc. and share information with scheduling team and HR
  • May assist in keeping caregiver files up to date, including tracking expiration of any licensing, insurance, etc. Collects new documents as directed, notifies HR when new documents cannot be obtained.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
