Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Bookkeeper/Office Manager, you will be responsible for full cycle accounting for the company. This will include coding and entering vendor expense invoices, handling accounts payable, processing accounts receivable, preparing bank deposits, ensuring accuracy of general ledger, processing payroll, preparing monthly/annual tax payments, and more.

• Manage Accounts Payable: Ensure bills are paid on time, pay vendors and cut checks

• Manage Accounts Receivable: Ensure statements are collected on-time and properly recorded

• Manage bi-weekly payroll via ADP Run.

• Manage monthly reconciliation of bank accounts

• Manage sales tax payments for MA

• Mange daily/monthly cash flow

• Administer employee benefits

• Purchase office supplies

REQUIREMENTS

5+ years bookkeeping experience
QuickBooks
Ability to work on a small office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently
Positive Attitude
Demonstrated ability and integrity to deal effectively with confidential information.
