Kelly Professional & Industrial is proud to be recruiting for a Recruiter to support our client, a premier ambulance/emergency medical service provider. This is a direct hire/permanent opportunity, offering full benefits and the chance to work in the rewarding healthcare field. The position is office-based in Malden, MA.

As a Recruiter, you will work directly with the Director of HR and the rest of the HR team to help shape and execute staffing needs across this growing company. Typical responsibilities include:

• Full cycle recruiting, from creation of job description to extending offers of employment.
• Recruiting a variety of staff from healthcare to drivers to office support.
• Network through industry contacts, association memberships, social media, trade groups, and community-based organizations to create and maintain recruitment pipelines
• Maintain Applicant Tracking System
• Facilitate new hire placement into monthly and ad-hoc orientation sessions

We are looking for candidates with:

• 1-3 years of experience in Recruiting, preferably with healthcare experience.
• Comfort working in a high volume/high turnover environment
• Experience working with ATS and HRIS systems (ADP and Kronos a plus).
