Job description

Title: Seasonal/Temporary Recruiting support role
Reports to: Manager, Talent Acquisition & Culture
FLSA: Non-exempt
Pay: $14.00/hour

Essential Functions:
• Posts, manages, and sources a high volume of job requisitions prioritizing effectively per business needs.
• Partners with area directors and regional vice presidents to understand hiring needs.
• Prequalify potential candidates to determine their qualifications through ATS based job posting questionnaires.
• Maintains accurate candidate tracking spreadsheets as needed to monitor open requisitions.
• Works effectively and independently with minimal supervision.
• Finishes duties and projects as required and assigned in an efficient and timely manner.
• Returns all emails and voice mails in a timely manner.
• Deals with interruptions and successfully manages multiple tasks.
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
• Maintains behaviors and actions consistent with the company's values and standards.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
• This is a seasonal/temporary part-time position.
• Monday through Friday, 15-20 hours of work expected, anytime between 8am ET - 8pm ET.

Required Education and Experience:
• 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications.
