Statement of Purpose: We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic HR Coordinator to join our expanding team! The HR Coordinator will be responsible for answering and triaging all HR-related questions, requests, and communications, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and responding to emails. This role will focus on assisting our HRIS and Benefit teams with data entry, HR system maintenance and upkeep of employee records. #This role will also provide administrative support to the VP, Human Resources and members of the Human Resources department when necessary, and will partner with the VP, HRBPs, and the Recruitment Team to support effective employee relations and recruitment/onboarding programs. This role will coordinate special projects and hospital-wide events as needed.## Qualifications: Education: High School diploma required; Bachelor#s Degree strongly preferred.# Experience/Skills: 2 to 4 years of administrative experience required, with some being in Human Resources.#(internship experience will be considered). Must have customer service experience. Demonstrated superior skill in using technology in an accurate and efficient manner, specifically MS office suite including: Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.# Familiarity with Applicant Tracking and HRIS systems is helpful. Excellent customer service skills and a sense of urgency required. Strong problem solving, decision-making, organizational, and time management skills required.
