Job description
Location: Quincy, MA
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Business Analyst - DPH
•
3
years of relevant experience working in a collaborative, customer service
focused environment that used a multi-channel (email, chat, phone, WebEx)
setting for communication.
•
Excellent
communication and writing skills with the ability to clearly communicate
technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
•
Ability
to take notes and record all interactions and steps taken with the users.
•
Functional
knowledge of Microsoft Office, Exchange and O365 products such as Outlook,
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Teams.
•
Ability
to understand the laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures, standards
and guidelines governing all EHS activities
•
Demonstrated
ability to prioritize and manage workload in a high-pressured environment.
•
Ability
to quickly troubleshoot problems that may arise in work or project products
•
Ability
to partner with software engineers, quality analysts, and management to
identify course of resolutions
•
Ability
to write concisely to express thoughts clearly and to develop ideas inlogical
sequence.
•
Ability
to follow written and oral instructions.
•
Ability
to give written and oral instructions in a precise, understandable manner. • Ability to communicate effectively
in oral expressions
•
Ability
to exercise discretion in handling confidential information. Experience working
in a team oriented, collaborative, and ever-changing technical environment.
•
Ability
to adjust to changing situations to meet emergencies or changing
program/production requirements.
•
Ability
to recognize patterns and escalate issues as needed
