Primary Purpose

Manage day-to-day delivery of IT services in a manner that meets or exceeds established service levels. Excel in a time constrained demanding environment by providing IT solutions guidance to the business. Work closely with Global IT Teams and Ahold Delhaize Executives and Administrative Assistants. Develop and deliver a plan for a specific area of responsibility by leading others.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Equip others to handle day-to-day tasks effectively on their own in high pressure situations
  • Direct a team that provides Executive IT support to Ahold Delhaize leaders in the US
  • Lead a team that provides end user access provisioning escalations
  • Work in partnership with Global IT on IAM, ISIM, and other Security changes that will have impact on users in the US
  • Collaborate with EU and lead efforts in US for Video Rooms in the US (MTR)
  • Apply comprehensive knowledge and/or skills to independently engage in strategic planning with senior leaders


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT related field or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years in a service delivery role; preferably in an outsourced model
  • ITIL Certified
  • Executive presence and business maturity
  • Anticipate and resolve conflict within the team
  • ESM software
  • Provide outstanding IT service to our business partners
  • Build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives


Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree a plus
  • Retail Technology Experience
