In consultation with senior account leadership, this position is a key leader on the Account core team who is responsible for overseeing the operation, staffing, performance and development of a team of highly skilled technicians and managers in delivery of high-quality Facility Management Operations and supporting the Project Management, Occupancy Planning, and Energy and Sustainability functions in a Utilities environment. This position is responsible for achieving the expected level of service delivery as described in the Service Level Agreements and measured by the Key Performance Indicators. This individual will ensure all contract deliverables are met or exceeded, including operational up time, cost savings initiatives, energy consumption reduction initiatives, and service improvements and introduction of best practices and innovations. Additionally, the expected levels of service delivery must be achieved at the lowest possible cost and within the prescribed budget for each facility.
Responsibilities
* Establish and maintain a safety-first culture by promoting and driving safe work practices timely training, best practices as well as delivering rewards and recognitions to promote safe behavior.
* Drive superior performance through excellent people management
* Responsible for performance of team of technicians over multiple shifts or a large scale facility to perform maintenance and repair on client equipment and facilities systems, located in multiple facilities located over a wide region.
* Maintain high client, customer, and user satisfaction with services provided, measured by client's Key Performance Indicators and satisfaction surveys
* Establish relationships with client Site Leads, business partners such as EHS leads and FM clientele to establish trust and credibility in the delivery of IFM services
* Resolve FM issues at sites under purview, escalating when needed
* Provide engineering guidance to Technician as needed to ensure operations are aligned with site and portfolio goals and values
* Develop and maintain zero based operating budgets for all sites, meeting targets as defined in KPIs; and, provide written variance analysis and forecast to client.
* Meet regional specific cost savings targets and glidepath to contribute to the account achieving significant savings throughout the contract term of outsourced operations.
* Oversee the monthly/quarterly/annual reporting appropriate for the client
* Initiate purchase order requests for goods and services for sites within responsibility
* Manage subcontractors and suppliers to deliver goods and services against contracts and expectations
* Administer training to ensure compliance, readiness and competency of staff
* Drive and promote safety culture within portfolio including subcontractors, suppliers and visitors
* Work with Regional Manager to oversee the delivery of maintenance and repair services.
* Ensure client satisfaction with delivery of Facility Management services and provide a lead role in monitoring and increasing customer satisfaction.
* Act as point of contact with site occupants, property management/ Landlords to coordinate FM activities and ensure client needs are met
* Support the Regional Manager in the implementation of short and long-term projects for the client as requested.
* Ensure effective integration of PDS, OP, and IFM Operations across all sites to ensure seamless delivery to the client and drive a one-team mentality.
* Maintain Site Configuration Management Documents and Project Documents - once project is handed over.
* Assist in the development and implementation of the annual account plan as identified by the Account Director.

* Manage/maintain Client Relationships
* Ensure compliance with JLL minimum operational audit and safety standards
* Assist in the development and management of the detailed, zero-based annual operating budgets
* Import JLL best practices in the interest of exceeding client goals and expectations
* Collaborate with account Sourcing team on national and regional sourcing opportunities to define scope, coordinate supplier walk-through, and manage national and regional supplier performance at property level.
* Promote a culture of diversity and inclusivity for all team members.
Skills/ Qualifications
* Minimum eight years' experience in Operations Management in an industrial environment containing conveyance, process control and powered trucks in a distribution and/or manufacturing plant.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, teams of 6 or more including managers, budget responsibilities, supplier management, problem solving, and client/ customer relations and deliver results in a fast paced heavily matrixed environment
* Must have solid knowledge of building/ mechanical, electrical systems (MEP) and working knowledge of skilled trades and building-related systems
* Demonstrated safety leadership
* Experience required using CMMS systems and reporting
* Strong analytical/financial aptitude; successfully managing P&L outcomes.
* Ability to gather data, assess situations and quickly develop solutions.
* Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage ambiguity and change; effectively delegates
* Familiar with project delivery process and capital planning functions
* Demonstrated communication skills written and verbal including negotiation and conflict resolution
* Must have strong computer skills, including MS Excel, Word and Office• Strong organizational skills
* Ability to align, motivate and lead a team including creating accountability
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management or property management preferred
* Relevant training in MHE, Controls Systems, PIT as well as general building operations
* Ability to travel 10-20% of time to visually inspect in region sites and meet with JLL staff and Client representatives
