Job description

Nova Biomedical is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Human Resources team onsite in Waltham, MA. This is an opportunity for a seasoned full-cycle recruiter to partner with leaders across the organization, with a focus in R&D Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs and Technical Support. You will recruit professionals that range in experience from recent college graduates to Director level. Please note that this position is based in Waltham, MA headquarters and will be required to work onsite now, with some flexibility for remote.

For example, Novas StatStrip Glucose is the only meter approved in the US and Canada for use in critically ill patients and is actively being used to help in the management of COVID-19 patients in hospitals.

As a Senior Recruiter, you will provide exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience, by fully executing the recruiting process, including leading in-take meetings, writing compelling job postings, overseeing interviewing, leading debrief sessions, conducting reference calls, reviewing market pay data, along with internal equity and negotiating offers.

To qualify for this role, you would ideally have a Bachelors degree and 10+ years of recruiting experience, with proven success hiring engineers in the Boston market. Experience in medical device industry is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills are critical, including ability to communicate in a direct and clear manner, along with listening talents. You would be a strong sourcer, with extensive sourcing tools experience, including LinkedIn Recruiter. While you will have support from a recruiting coordinator to schedule interviews, you should have strong computer skills and experience with an applicant tracking system (we use ClearCompany).
