Job description

The Sr. Program Manager will report to the Sr. Director Program Management. The Sr. Program Manager is responsible for the oversight of customer projects related to the ReadyCheckGo product for asymptomatic testing. They are the main point of contact for customer projects on site and overseeing a team of program managers. The Sr. Program Manager is also required to support the project teams in resolving project & customer issues and escalate issues to leadership as required to ensure the projects progress in accordance with company goals and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary point of contact/communication for customer projects
  • Manage a team of program mangers
  • Create and manage timeline for customer projects in accordance with the contract
  • Drive communications with our customers and the leadership team on all customer projects
  • Responsible for internal communications/discussions to drive achievement of project milestones and deliverables in accordance with customer needs

  • Participate in the development or improvement of processes for the customer and across similar customer sites
  • To work collaboratively with cross-functional project teams to ensure all project activities are properly planned and delivered.
  • To report progress against program scope

Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Good communicator who adopts a logical approach and is able to interact effectively with project teams, customers, and leadership
  • Requires at least 8 years related experience and at least 5 years of people management
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • This position requires someone with good organizational and time management skills, as well as a customer centric mindset, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with a collaborative approach.
  • Experience using MS Project or equivalent as a tool to create timelines and monitor project progress.
