We are looking for an experienced and motivated candidate to join our Talent Acquisition team. This individual will be a full lifecycle Senior Recruiter supporting a variety of business groups across the organization including roles within: Software Engineering, IT, Client Success, Marketing, Sales, Product and Finance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform full-lifecycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking, negotiating, extending and closing offers.
  • Experienced with a variety of sourcing strategies including direct sourcing, internet postings, networking, social media and other additional cost-effective non-traditional sourcing methods.
  • Be an effective ambassador of the company by managing and coordinating all communication with candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to manage the full lifecycle of a requisition.
  • Manage multiple job requisitions concurrently across multiple business units and locations.
  • Direct interview processes with support of hiring managers.
  • Providing input in Company's recruiting strategy and visibility efforts
  • Contribute to Liaison's talent branding initiatives.
  • Contribute to other staffing related projects as needed.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience, preferably within the software industry.
  • An expert level of knowledge in full-lifecycle recruitment including: strong sourcing skills with demonstrated successes in networking and building pipelines, interviewing and candidate assessment skills, strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple searches effectively.
  • The ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience managing recruiting processes effectively from start to finish.
  • Experience with the use of ATS systems
  • Team player and problem solver with a high sense of urgency and motivation
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
