As an Organizational Development Consultant, you will manage and oversee the delivery of the Learning & Development strategy for our Consumer Bank. You'll consult with key business leaders and HR partners to ensure the development needs - technical, sales, product and professional - of the business are met. This leadership role is an opportunity to implement an inclusive, programmatic learning agenda across the organization and help our colleagues advance their knowledge.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Provide a broad range of consultative services aimed at developing and implementing learning strategies and programs
  • Support strategic development products and services including Talent Management, Succession Planning, Leadership and Executive Development, Performance Management, Colleague Engagement, Coaching and Culture/Change Leadership
  • Maintain an understanding of business line strategy and operating environment to develop and recommend learning solutions that support objectives
  • Design e-learning courses, career plans, workshops and more that help our colleagues advance their skills and knowledge, keeping in mind a colleague base with diverse backgrounds and experiences
  • Drive alignment among individual, business unit and corporate objectives by delivering meaningful business solutions, based on comprehensive data review and analysis
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate within and across Development, HR and other key businesses to align development initiatives
  • Maintain an understanding of specific L&D industry any trends, guidelines, or standards that may arise, and share relevant insights with stakeholders
  • Design programs that specifically address and improve executive coaching, talent succession planning, change management and executive engagement
  • Set objectives, deliver programs, and measure the results and impact of development initiatives in the business
Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience
  • Expertise in Talent Management and Organizational Development practices
  • Experience assessing, customizing, and delivering leadership development strategies and programs and organizational interventions
  • Demonstrated experience building partnerships and working in a matrix operating model
  • Experience consulting, facilitation, coaching and leading teams in performance improvement strategies that result in higher performance
  • Experience driving programs that support executive coaching, talent succession planning, change management and executive engagement
  • Critical thinking with demonstrated ability to anticipate future needs, analyze processes end-to-end, and break down complex issues into manageable components
  • Strong business acumen with exceptional relationship management skills
  • Superior communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Creativity and the ability to operate independently in a sometimes-ambiguous environment
Education, Certification and/or Other Professional Credentials:
  • Master's Degree, or equivalent years of experience (15 - 20)
