Job description
Position Description and Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the General Manager, the Manager of Human Resources will be responsible for the hands-on execution of the day-to-day human resources administrative function activities to the entire company.
- Drive positive change, aligning human resources programs and initiatives with the business's day to day objectives and goals.
- Serve as the go to resource for employees by handling questions regarding company policies, procedures, and benefit programs.
- Administer employee benefits programs including the 401K plan
- Be well versed and help ensure company compliance with all applicable Federal and State Laws.
- Foster positive employee relations. Work with management to resolve conflicts with and between employees to developing win-win solutions. Recommend initiatives that support and demonstrate management's commitment to maintaining a positive company culture.
- Manage and execute the company's hiring process which includes the oversight of the onboarding process to ensure that new hires receive the appropriate level of training and assimilation into the organization..
- Administer the employee benefits program and serve as the reference person for all employee inquiries regarding benefits and claims. Conduct regular new hire orientation meetings to explain the benefits program, process enrollments.
- Manage and continuously improve annual performance management programs. Work closely with the management team to ensure alignment with business goals, strategy.
- Identify employee training and career development needs, define budget requirements, develop training content, or work with Safety Department to develop and deliver as appropriate.
- Maintain all personnel records to ensure the company is in legal compliance at all times. Ensure confidentiality and security of all employee files and records.
- Develop and ensure that HR processes, programs, policies, and management practices are administered fairly and consistently and are in alignment with and support the overall Company business objectives and values.
Education, experience, and skill requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- +7 years of increasing responsibility in HR function
- Experience in a Construction Industry Preferred
- Prior experience working in a small to mid-sized company preferred
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, MS PowerPoint required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
