Job description

We are working with innovative company providing transformative polymer technology.

As a Test Lab Manager your responsibilities will include:

· Arrange test fixtures and test areas.

· Manage build inventory and build areas.

· Generate and manage test lab schedule.

· Collaborate with academic and industry partners.

· Use and maintain control circuitry, power generation equipment, and data acquisition systems.

· Test data and test performance evaluation to support design engineers' theories.

· Power generation and test equipment maintenance.

· Test and calibration files documentation and maintenance.

· Provide equipment upgrade recommendation.

· Conduct week maintenance procedures and log results.

· Maintain electrical calibration schedule.

· Generate monthly testing lab notes for stakeholders.

· Perform monthly product testing audit.

· Ensure lab safety and cleanliness.

As a Test Lab Manager your skills will include:

· Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar domain

· Experience in lab or facilities management

· Experience collaborating with scientists and engineers

· Experience managing a team

· Excellent knowledge of solid-state components, electromagnetics, power supply design, and transformer theory

· Experience with power electronics and power generation systems

· Ability to work within high-current and high voltage environment

· Experience troubleshooting control systems to the component level

· Great knowledge of data acquisition systems
