Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to its team to own the development and delivery of talent acquisition practices and processes across all company locations. The Talent Acquisition Manager is a member of the HR Leadership Team and will develop strategies and consistent processes for recruiting, staffing, and onboarding a high-performing workforce in order to enable the organization to execute on its business strategies. This role will also partner with business leaders to forecast workforce needs and establish consistent processes and solutions for acquiring diverse and high performing talent across distributed work locations.

Talent Acquisition Manager Responsibilities
- Develop a talent acquisition strategy/infrastructure to support the business including decision support and recommendation for a TA System, social media approach, strategic partnerships, and the development of consistent TA processes.
- Define, document, and communicate the recruiting process including templates and role clarification (i.e. hiring manager, HR, payroll, etc.)
- Define, document, and communicate the onboarding and orientation process including role clarification and materials.
- Provide sourcing, screening, and all recruiting support for Corporate positions
- Develop a strategy for sourcing Design Consultants and Install talent.
- Establish strategic partnerships with design and trade schools as well as colleges and universities.
- Partner with Marketing and Technology team on updates to the Corporate website Careers Page and all integration with the TA platform solution.
- Establish external recruiting materials to reinforce California Closets as an Employer of Choice in the market.
- Establish partnerships with key recruiter partners and temp agencies and oversee third-party contracts.
- Champion the sourcing and hiring of diverse talent through new talent pool sources and onboarding processes.
- Administer the Employee Referral Program as a source of talent
- Cultivate and leverage networks, industry contacts, individual and corporate association memberships, trade groups and social media as a key source of pipeline talent.
- Establish and oversee a summer internship program as a source of entry pipeline talent to the organization (phase 2).
- Partner and collaborate with business leaders on workforce planning and forecasting all staffing needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to source and assess talent for open positions.
- Train managers on how to interview and utilize competency and behavior-based interview tools as well as utilizing the TA platforms and systems.
- Influence hiring managers and business partners to adopt talent acquisition strategies and processes that produce the best hiring decisions
- Assist hiring managers with developing and negotiating employment offers, and subsequently with onboarding new talent.
- Establish monthly and quarterly recruiting metrics -- track, audit and communicate.
- Accountable for maintaining shared files and folders for storing and accessing job descriptions and templates.
Talent Acquisition Manager Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business, human resources, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience with deep expertise in candidate sourcing
- Experience with social media recruitment
- Experience researching and sourcing new recruitment venues
- High level critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information in a clear, concise, manner while building relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- An inherent sense of urgency to drive great results while being precise in executing work
- Ability to create and communicate a clear project plan, tracking progress, and keeping stakeholders informed
- Ability to think outside the box to come up with innovative solutions to new challenges
- Ability to influence without authority and drive enthusiasm
- A customer-focused (internal and external) mindset, with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Time management skills to organize daily planning and monthly activities and meet deadlines
- Ability to shift priorities quickly without losing attention to detail
Location: This position offers the ability to work 100% remotely; travel may be required to various company locations around the United States.
