Job description

The office manager is a critical position in a dental office. You will be leading a team to ensure our patients receive excellent dental care. As an office manager your day to day objectives are to overlook both clinical and administrative duties, make sure the office is running efficiently. For this position, it is necessary to be a well rounded team player. Having significant dental office experience is mandatory for this position. This position is also being offered to dental clinical workers that my want to make that change into administration.

Role Specific Skills:

  • Lead and coach team to meet practice standards
  • Ensure excellent patient care in all aspects.
  • Treatment Coordination
  • Scheduling to maximize clinician's time and meet production goals
  • Human resource responsibilities including working with the HR dept. during hiring, reviews and team building.
  • Office is open some weekends so management must work weekends occasionally to meet our patients needs.
  • Leadership - Have experience inspiring and coaching a team to achieve goals.
  • Training - Coaching team directly and developing materials to facilitate mastering practice standards and protocols.
  • Company growth objectives - Maintain company growth goals and coach team to achieve company objectives.
  • Troubleshooting, Problem Solving and Process Improvement
  • Highly Proficient in Computer Technologies, including Dental Practice Management Software (Dentrix Ascend) and other Online Platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
