Job description

Responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and the Senior Leadership Team.

and managing SCC office operations.

  • Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and transcribe notes
  • Manage and coordinate administrative programs and office activities related to StoneCrest Center
  • Create spreadsheets, manage databases and prepare presentations, reports and documents, as needed.
  • Answer telephones, take messages, transfer calls and communicate effectively.
  • Calendar management, schedule appointments, update calendars, arrange staff meetings, and order food
  • Ensures accuracy related to compliance and annual training for the physicians.
  • Assist in maintaining state licensure and accreditation according to the licensing agency. Participates in surveys related to physician personnel files.
  • Responsible for accurate and timely physician credentialing

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, desired
  • 5 to 8 years Administrative Assistant/Medical Coordinator experience, desired.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs; word, excel, ppt
  • Must be able to multi-task and be highly organized
  • Must be able to manage confidential communications
  • Previous medical office experience helpful
  • Previous experience with physician credentialing compliance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
