Job description

The Human Resources Generalist supports the delivery of effective Human Resources processes and initiatives that align with corporate and business strategies. This position liaises with all levels of the business within a manufacturing setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

General HR Support & Employee Relations:

* Foster engagement by promptly receiving, researching and addressing inquiries
* Consolidate global exercises and report the deliverables to Senior HR Leadership
* HR Generalist support for several facilities (including recruitment, performance management, discipline, etc.)
* Facilitate the delivery of global training initiatives in connection with data integrity efforts
* Support the roll out and execution of corporate level initiatives at the site and global scale
* Support local manager and regional HR team as required

Recruiting & On and Off boarding:

* Use common recruiting tools to recruit for evergreen roles
* Process and coordinate entry and exit activities compliant to corporate deadlines and processes

ADDITIONAL TASKS

* Generate reports using employment data from HRIS system for various business purposes
* Act in accordance with the organization's policies, best practices and applicable laws
* Ensure all local compliance reporting and posting is in place and current
* Distribute, consolidate and deliver other internal customers periodically
* Other tasks as assigned

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

* Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
* Minimum of three years of related experience

* Ability to speak, read and write English
* Well-organized and detail oriented
* Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
* Demonstrates capacity to work with Microsoft Office Products and previous experience with HRIS system, SuccessFactors experience preferred
