Job description

We are looking for another awesome team member for our Symplicity staff! We are in the exciting technology industry and it can be fast-paced, intense, rewarding and a whole-lotta fun! (It's true - check out our website - you'll see) An Administrative Coordinator will provide administrative support to employees within all departments of the organization, as well as directly with service providers & clients. Being organized, detail-oriented and having exceptional time management skills are crucial to being successful in this position. Problem Solving skills are a highly desired quality. Excellent oral and written communications, and the ability to remain calm and perform well under pressure are essential. You should also enjoy working 8:00 - 5:00 p.m., with some nice perks (think kitchen with breakfast and lunch supplies)! And, you should probably be a coffee drinker, we have the ultimate coffee machine and incredible coffee bean choices.

Qualifications:

· The AC will have administrative experience and be able to use multiple software packages, including; our really cool custom database, SalesForce and Office365 programs. Let's face it - incredibly strong Microsoft Excel skills are very high on our wish list!

· Must be able to professionally contact customers via email, in person, by phone and maybe the occasional text, but being a positive individual or if in general a happy person is important to you, you will have a bright future at Symplicity. It's that easy...

· Understanding of telecommunication industry and acronyms used would be awesome but don't worry, we have cheat sheets.

· Ability to coordinate Symplicity's Implementation procedures would be very helpful. That means, if you can follow step-by-step instructions, you'll do just fine. We have checklists for all procedures, written processes in step-by-step forms that will lead you through job requirements. Detailed, yes - we are detailed. If this gets you excited, tell us why in your interview!

· Have you been told you can multi-task? Do you love to take a process and improve it for better efficiency? Do you have the ability to self-assess and crave self-development opportunities? There is an awesome (and beautiful) desk awaiting you in the Boardwalk building. For those that worry about parking, you get a pass, no need to be concerned.

· Oh, if you love data and putting together spreadsheets to help you create charts and graphs, you'll really have a great time at "work".

This candidate will meet objectives by establishing performance measures, goals, objectives and priorities, providing direction and feedback, and ensuring assigned projects/tasks are completed accurately and by the specified due date.

· Nurturing relationships with service providers to ensure our clients are well cared for, will be important - so liking people is kind of a big deal.
