POSITION SUMMARY:

As a member of the Human Resources team, you will work in a high-energy, team-oriented environment and will be responsible for filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. You will be a trusted advisor and subject matter expert supporting hiring managers in multiple lines of business. A key part of your responsibilities will include the ability to contribute every day on delivering the highest quality recruiting services to our hiring managers all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Perform full life-cycle recruiting.
2. Responsible for reviewing resumes, screening candidates, submitting qualified candidates to Hiring Managers and scheduling interviews.
3. Consult with respective Hiring Managers to determine recruiting strategies.
4. Support in the development of skills to hiring managers to ensure job fairs and other recruiting hiring activities in their local areas are a success.
5. Significant focus on sourcing, networking and pipeline generation. Will utilize job boards, social networking sites and other resources for building a pipeline of talent.
6. Communicate organizations mission, vision and culture to prospective candidates.
7. Builds networks as well as other innovative sourcing techniques to find qualified passive candidates.
8. Build a pipeline around future candidates.
9. Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Senior Executives with candidate offers.
10. Assist in the onboarding of new employees, including constant engagement from offer acceptance through hire date.
11. Responsible for maintaining detailed recruiting activity, applicable metrics and candidate management, including required documentation within the applicant tracking system.
12. Responsible for meeting/exceeding metrics.
13. Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local employment laws, including EEOC and affirmative action guidelines and laws.
14. Monitor and apply recruiting best practices.
15. Other duties and projects as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position has no direct supervisory duties but is expected to train or explain work procedures to others. This includes participation in the recruitment/selection process for new hires, employee training, onboarding, conducting performance coaching/evaluation, compensation administration, delegation of duties and conflict resolution. Promotes an environment of teamwork and cooperation and is accessible to employees.
