At Kelly® is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for one of our top clients in Kalamazoo, MI.

**Snapshot:**

Location: Kalamazoo, MI

Pay: $17.00/hr

Shift: M-F 8a-5p

Duration: 8+ months with a possibility of extension for the right fit candidate

**Summary**

Supports sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations with clients/customers.

**Duties:**

+ Works with various departments to meet maintenance services sales goals.

+ Works with customers and/or distributors to receive accurate account of equipment failures and provides reports to management.

+ Responds to customer inquiries to determine appropriate product literature and pricing making recommendations where applicable.

+ Assist customers in resolving production scheduling, shipping, repairs, or invoicing problems.

**Education and Requirements**

+ HS Diploma or GED with experience; College Degree Preferred

+ 1+ years customer service/sales support

+ Apply professional expertise and is work independently with minimal supervision.
