Job description

**Description:**

-Responsible for maintaining and PM's of baking equipment & conveyor systems.

-Work with mixing, extruders, refrigeration, proofer, conveyors, boilers, silos and oven equipment.

-Build, replace, rotate, inspect and change parts of industrial machines.

-Connect power to machines, install motors and rewiring of motors

-Read blueprints and schematics

-Move machinery and equipment, using hoists, dollies and forklifts

-MIG welding on steel and aluminum material

-Run conduit and electrical wiring to new industrial machines

-Fabrication using drill press, cutting out wholes and making parts

**Skills:**

mechanical, electrical, welding

**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**

Must haves:

1. Rebuilding 3 phase motors

2. Experience troubleshooting industrial machines
