**Administrative Assistant**


**Rochester Hills**


**Rate: $25- $30 an hour**


**Hybrid position 30 hours a week.**


**Hours: 10am-6pm (flexible)**


Our client is helping individuals, families and business owners preserve and grow their assets and realize their financial goals. Has 4 F.T. employees at this site (all tenured employees), total 60-70 employees throughout the State Texas, Chicago, Livonia. In a growth mode, hence needing another person Business: 26 years


**Job Description:**


+ Seeking reliability, dependability

+ Assist with client onboarding, sending emails out to clients, entering paperwork int the system.


+ Working with established clientele, entering personal data into the system


+ Compliance adherence


**Skills:**


+ Strong MS Office Skills


+ Entering data, names, SS, DL, Beneficiaries, - all confidential information.


+ Organized, Accuracy important


+ Grammatically sound and good writing skills


+ Effective communicator


+ Client service, email forms to clients


Extensive training provided in the beginning
