Job Description

  • Responsible for leading the development and implementation of programs and strategies by identifying insights that enhance business decision making capabilities to ensure vendor and business readiness. This position will implement, monitor, and evaluate Care Management programs which may include monitoring the contracting process, measuring program performance, continuous program improvement and program outcome reporting. Responsibilities may include but not limited to:


- Monitor vendor contracting and provide implementation and program updates in partnership with vendors

- Validate monthly engagement in programs to ensure accurate invoicing

- Define program requirements and capabilities to inform development of business cases, impact assessments, and participate in business requirement design sessions.

- Establish program workflows such as referral process, member experience, communication process disenrollment process, etc.

- Develop data flow and operational processes for program implementation and maintenance

- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize; must be able to lead multiple activities with varying timelines.

- Strong analytical, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to lead and contribute to business unit and/or corporate projects.

Required Skills/Experience - The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:

- Strong knowledge and use of existing software packages (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc).

- Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills to understand, interpret, and communicate ideas

- Ability to effectively interface with employees at all levels.

- Ability to work independently, within a team environment, and communicate effectively with employees at all levels.

Education/Certifications - Include:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Care, Information Systems, Supply Chain or other related field is required. Master's Degree in related field preferred.
