Job Description

We are looking to hire an Administrative Assistant who will work the front desk and act as the first point of contact for clients and agents. We are looking for a coachable customer-oriented administrator, loves exceeding expectations, and is a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision. Working hours: 16-24 hours/week M-F in the winter, includes a rotating Saturdays in the spring.

The administrative assistant is responsible for the following duties:

  • Greet clients
  • Answering a multi-line phone
  • Transferring calls
  • Manage the day-to-day front office operations
  • Manage paperwork
  • Support and manage agent questions promptly
  • Enter and maintain property listings
  • Create marketing materials as directed
  • Provide premier customer service to our agents and their clients
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned (job description not all-inclusive)
  • *Requirements: *
  • Experience with Google Sheets
  • Must be able to cover shifts within a small office environment
  • Must be able to cover shifts at other office locations
  • Excellent decision-making skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Customer-service minded
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Clerical knowledge
  • Microsoft Office and Google Suite experience
  • Willing and available for weekend hours

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
