Summary:
Towne Mortgage is hiring a Sales Business/Intelligence Business Analyst. This role must exhibit outstanding organizational skills with working cross functionally to manage and deliver measurable business outcomes.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Functions:

  • Develop data, reporting and monitoring to provide insight into current clients and prospect clients.
  • Works directly with Chief Production Officer and Senior Sales Leaders to develop, implement and monitor sales strategies.
  • Become Towne's CRM expert (technical) to help drive e-campaigns across all business channels.
  • Identify Credit Union opportunities and work with the Sales team on development, implementing and monitoring recruiting strategies.
  • Identify Brokers and Loan Officers that originate in LMI and MM census tracts.
  • Identify target fair lending geographies to drive search engine optimization to landing pages (CD).
  • Liaison between Sales, IT and Marketing on business development tactics.
  • Identify and research potential clients of all varieties.
  • Monitor Sales team?s business development projects and provide reporting.
  • Gather useful information from customer and competitor data.
  • Collaborates with Sales Executives to ensure the company's goals and targets are met.
  • Supporting day-to-day tasks and other functions as assigned.
  • Ability to meet regular and reliable attendance.
  • Becomes/is an advocate of our culture and adheres to our core values.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, or related field and/or 3+ years mortgage experience.
  • Experience with Encompass, TPO Connect, and Corelogic products are a plus.
  • Knowledge of database management and the ability to manipulate data for use in multiple sales initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and multi-task.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

This opportunity is a remote position with the requirement of minimal travel if needed.
