Additional Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

Defines Product Team Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)

Prioritizes the features and product backlog

Decision-making authority at the team level

Authors the team backlog

Grooms the backlog (sprint-to-sprint; Program Increment (PI)-to-PI)

Defines iterations & stories

Contributes to vision, roadmap, ROI

Accepts iteration increments

Minimum Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or an equivalent experience/training

5+ years of demonstrated experience

Demonstrated in-depth understanding of Business Process fundamentals; including requirements elicitation, stakeholder collaboration, effective and timely communications, and problem-solving skills

Demonstrated strength in critical skills such as collaboration, written and oral communications, and analytical capability

Planning, negotiation and facilitation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in IT project management, requirements definition, process definition, testing, and IT strategy and roadmap development

Expertise in utilizing requirements tools

Familiarity with automotive dealership technology footprint

Software development experience/background

Experience with Agile development methodologies

Insurance industry experience

SAFe Agilist and/or advanced SAFe certifications

Relevant domain / business process knowledge (multi-industry preferred)
