We are seeking a Business Development Manager to support the Emerging Business Opportunities (EBO) and will focus on growing the business and developing and managing existing customer relationships. Partner closely with Operations and other internal business units to drive revenue growth through identification and development of emerging business opportunities pertaining to IT Support, Cybersecurity, Monitoring, NOC, and Contact Center solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive business initiatives and develop go-to-market strategies and solutions to ensure business growth.
- Drive IT Support, Cybersecurity, Contact Center and NOC Sales to meet budget expectations.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and client relationships to understand their needs and objectives.
- Develop and maintain consistent prospect and customer communications to ensure expectations are being exceeded and any operational issues that may arise are being addressed.
- Work directly with customers, strategic vendors, industry leaders, and internal team to formulate and deliver the best strategic direction for revenue growth.
- Respond to and manage RFP opportunities.
- Project financial estimates for potential deals and proposal in compliance with CCI policies and procedures.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Work with operations to develop pricing strategies.
- Maintain a complete understanding of all ITIS/CSS services (IT Support, Cybersecurity, Monitoring, NOC, Contact Center etc.)
- Design, develop and execute business development plans, assist in portfolio strategy, offer development, pricing, and solutions deployment.
- Oversee and manage ITIS/CSS marketing activities, marketing content, sales, promotions, and branding activities.
- Oversee and manage ITIS/CSS social media strategy.
- Attain financial goals while operating within forecasted budget.
- Direct, manage, create, and maintain the appropriate team structure, policies, and processes needed to ensure the on-time and quality delivery of CCI services to customers.
- Mentor and lead the development and training of all direct and indirect employees to enhance their skills and growth potential.
- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to establish, communicate, and drive the sales operation strategies and agenda.
- Exemplify the CCI leadership behaviors, maintain a leadership agenda with goals and act on them.
- Create and promote the company image through exercising sound and ethical business practices as related to employees, public and the internal and external customers. This includes ensuring that service and quality provided to our customer is superior to that of our competition.
- Ensure confidentiality of company information.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the VP of ITIS/CSS.
Skills we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years overall experience required.
- 3+ years' experience in Sales, marketing, and/or management.
- 2+ years' experience in IT support, Network Administration or Cybersecurity operations.
- Experience working in a start-up or entrepreneurial organization preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft office tools.
- Experience with industry leading CRM tools.
- Strategic thought leader with a depth of experience in driving sales and marketing initiatives.
- Ability to develop and engage in building productive relationships with senior-level executives, colleagues, vendors, and customers in a highly consensus-driven culture.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to self-motive, manage time, and effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience managing multiple projects and multiple customers.
- Understanding of business finance.

Shift is Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. but must be able to work outside normal business hours when required.
