What We Need

Element Fleet Management is looking to add an Executive/Principal Talent Acquisition Consultant to our team. In this mission critical role, you will partner closely with the sales leadership organization to identify and secure the best possible sales talent in the market. The success of Element sales organization is key to our growth, and in this role, you will be influential in ensuring we bring the right talent to Element.

In addition to supporting the evolution of our sales talent, you will also conduct recruitment efforts for non-sales executive roles across the organization.

In this influential individual contributor role you will have 2 main objectives:

* Partner with our sales leadership team to hire the best possible talent to support Element's growth objectives. To do this you'll need to successfully collaborate with Managing Directors/VPs/EVPs to establish a culture of "always recruiting". This includes driving networking efforts and a heavy emphasis on pro-active sourcing and developing talent pipelines.

* Manage executive recruitment efforts across the Element organization.

This position can be based remotely preferably within the Central, Eastern or Mountain time zone.

A Day in the Life

* Owns and executes all sales recruitment from individual sales professionals to leadership roles

* Leads strategy meetings, including presenting fully assessed candidate slates, providing candidate in-process updates, and assisting hiring leaders with candidate calibration and selection

* Builds and maintains a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences and needs

* Pro-actively presents viable and opportunistic sales talent to hiring leaders on a regular cadence

* Participates in monthly Sales Leadership meetings and presents market intelligence related to competitors, talent market conditions, pipeline performance, etc.

* Supports the effective on-boarding of new sales talent with a focus on candidate experience

* Provides monthly reporting associated with sourcing, pipeline health, etc.

* Manages a full-cycle executive recruitment desk

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree required

* 7+ years of full-cycle executive recruiting (including research and sourcing) - corporate or executive search or a mix

* Prior experience with applicant tracking systems - preferably Workday

* Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leadership up to c-suite

* Proven track record of leading, advising and influencing executive leadership

* MS Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
