Job DescriptionManage and support performance analytics functions with a focus on Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) governance. This involves collecting, communicating, measuring, and analyzing investment performance information to ensure accuracy and the delivery of time-sensitive performance information for clients, marketing materials, investment professionals, and all levels of management.ResponsibilitiesSupports the overall performance measurement functions across multiple organizations with the asset management business. This includes composite management and reporting, AUM reporting, executing data integrity controls, GIPS verification and governance, comparative performance analysis, etc.Influences and regularly interacts at all levels of the organization, including Senior Management, Portfolio Managers, Marketing Professionals, and Legal/Compliance Professionals.Provides support and influence around performance measurement functions across the organization on multiple products, such as Institutional Separate Accounts, Wrap Accounts, and Hedge Funds.Partner with Operations, Administration and Technology to ensure data quality and to identify and resolve issues related to performance. Manage vendor relationships and lead performance related process improvements within the asset management business.Required QualificationsBS/BA degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalentKnowledge of performance measurement concepts; CIPM preferred or willing to pursue.Knowledge in the Global Investment Performance Standards, with experience in composite construction and management.5-7 years work experience specific to performance measurement and analysisA strong team player who is able to successfully meet deadlinesStrong knowledge of investment conceptsExperience with investment systemsProficiency with Microsoft Excel and AccessCritical thinker with strong problem solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communications skillsStrong organizational skillsAbility to work independentlyAbout Our CompanyMillions of people around the world rely on Columbia Threadneedle Investments to manage their money.
