As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will support full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously in partnership with hiring managers, and the sourcing team. From intake sessions, establishing the interview process, managing robust pipelines of candidates, and closing candidates. About the Role

In this opportunity as a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:

  • Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process: from receipt of approved requisition to the accepted offer.
  • Utilize existing recruitment processes and manage them efficiently and effectively to drive hires.
  • Work with senior team members to build tailored assessment and interview processes for hiring needs.
  • Utilize Workday (applicant tracking system) to post positions, manage candidates, prepare offer letters, develop reports, and maintain accurate recruitment data.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and maintain data integrity to enable quick reporting.
  • Focus on creating diverse pipelines of candidates through a mix of advertising, tailored outreach and headhunting, and driving referral programs amongst others.

About You

You're a fit for the role of Talent Acquisition Partner if you:
  • 3+ years full life cycle recruitment experience, combination of corporate and agency experience preferred. Experience in recruiting for Technology professionals is highly desired, but training and development will be available
  • Ability to demonstrate solid sourcing skills including creating effective Boolean strings
  • Can successfully use core recruiting technologies efficiently, like Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday, Taleo, Greenhouse, Lever) to manage your open positions while being mindful of time to fill and creating compelling candidate experience
  • Comfortable conducting phone interviews with candidates and show a developed capability to assess and evaluate candidates.
  • Possess an analytical mindset and are adept at leveraging recruiting funnel data to make strategic recommendations and informed decisions
