Our Clinton, MS location is seeking a Talent Acquisition Leader to join our Human Relations team. THE POSITION
In the role you will be responsible for leading the local recruiting team in employee branding, pre-selection, interviewing, and onboarding of qualified candidates. We are building the best workforce in Mississippi to fuel the site's growth.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruiting for technical and professional positions. Aligning job posting and job description, sourcing candidates, pre-selection through phone screens, support hiring manager in selection process, employment offer negotiation, and onboarding (25% of time)
Lead Recruiting Operations by providing direction, coaching, and training to team of Talent Acquisition Specialists ensuring hiring needs of the plant are met in both timing and quality of hire (25% of time)
* Maintains daily recruiting dashboard and provides analytical and well documented reports to Management and Head of Human Relations
* Trains recruiters to perform resume searches on external databases
* Builds networks to find qualified candidates
* Researches and recommends new sources for the recruitment of active and passive candidates.
Strategic Workforce Initiatives (20% of time)
* Contributes to strategic workforce planning, HR Planning & Controlling, HR Reviews & Audits, Organizational Changes, Culture Development and Diversity Management
* Designs and implement overall local recruiting strategy, tactics, funnels, and procedures in line with Corporate requirements
* Develop and lead University Relations strategy beyond marketing at career fairs through intentional activities and partnerships
* Lead Skilled Trade Apprenticeship Program by partnering with local High Schools and Community Colleges
Project Management (15% of time)
* Support Local, Regional, and Global projects through data collection, planning, implementation, sustaining activities
Compliance and Auditing (15% of time)
* Manages Applicant Management, onboarding administration and other HR Services (if applicable)
* Steers maintenance of internal candidate database
* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations concerning employment and the interviewing process, including pre and post hire employment documentation.

Job Requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree in related field
* 5+ years proven high volume recruiting experience in Manufacturing environment
* Proven sourcing skills to identify and attract passive candidates
* Experience implementing pre-selection tools to improve best fit and retention
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* HR Manager experience in manufacturing environment
* Master of Business Administration (MBA)
* Cross-functional Experience: Has gained insight into different departments / functions / BUs (through projects or assignments).
* Has successfully managed challenging conditions: Has demonstrated tenacity / persistence. Has a track record of success.
* Has successfully managed a project team.
* Has worked with various cultures e.g. in international projects. Has demonstrated intercultural sensitivity and inclusive behavior in the past.
