Plus 3 paid Floating Holidays and 9 paid Holidays Climate Controlled Facility Large Break Rooms with Free Snacks & Drinks Provide general warehouse services to support all functions of logistics support, including receiving, shipping, returns inspection, decontamination, and inventory control in order to fulfill orders for customers worldwide promptly and accurately. Individual assignments may be specialized but cross-functional capabilities are required. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Perform inspections on instrument(s) and implant(s) loaner sets returned from customers. Unload and receive daily shipments of returned loaner sets. Process all loaner sets through ZSIS for shipping Pull expired product from loaners sets Decontaminate loaner set(s) upon return from customers following proper work instructions. Inspect and test all instruments verifying they are in proper working conditions. Place order and pull item from warehouse replacing back in set. Initiate billings for Implant Bank orders and issue billings from returned or delinquent loaner sets. Replace labels and clean loaner tubs and suitcases as needed. All other job duties as assigned. Expected Areas of Competence Med device kit inspection, decontamination, and processing experience are preferred Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational skills, excellent communication skills; ability to make informed decisions; and ability to work well with others. Previous experience working with a WMS is required, as is experience working with PCs. Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Be able to complete clearly and accurately all required process documentation Willing to work overtime and holidays on short notice as required and cover a rotating on-call schedule. Perform other duties, as assigned. Education/Experience Requirements High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred. Minimum 2 years recent work experience in distribution/warehouse position. Communicate clearly in verbal and written form in English. Computer skills and experience with a WMS are required. Ability to work with and coordinate with other departments/personnel in a collaborative and solutions-oriented manner.
