WHAT WOULD YOU BRING TO OUR TEAM?

Your passion for doing good for other people will help you bond with your customers and your team. You will actively listen and troubleshoot to provide a great customer experience. Your attention to detail, ability to think outside the box, excellent communication, and passion will help you excel in this role. As a Licensed Property & Casualty Customer Sales Specialist, you will interface with existing policy holders via inbound phone calls regarding new insurance coverage, to provide the following primary services. Handle fire ("home and renter policy"), new auto as per the process outlined, by offering bundling options to the customer, making necessary modifications to the present price, and work with existing customer new line of business calls that will include quoting, binding, and/or communicating ineligibility to customers.
You will also work with cancellation calls and follow procedures to retain a current customer and process cancellation of policies in the event customer cancels his/her policy.

TO BECOME A PART OF OUR TEAM:

• Must have a laptop or desk top non Apple devices must be able to support Windows based applications,10MB Upload/Download Speed HSIA, must have a quiet and secure work area free from distractions, and the ability to come on-site for offer sessions/equipment pick up
• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to work within the hours of operation of 6:30AM to 11:00PM CT, Current scheduling demands of Tuesday through Saturday
• Must be comfortable to pass an extensive background check
