About This Job

As an Account Reconciliation Specialist, you'll perform various daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner.

Essential Functions

  • Responsibilities include DDA, general ledger, house account, unit positions, shadow, and held-away reconciliations

  • Ensures all aged items are researched and resolved in an effective and efficient manner according to the aged item parameters

  • Works to resolve complex reconciliation issues to limit financial liability and exposure to the organization

  • Ensure all reconciliation processes meet or exceed procedural requirements

  • Create or update procedures on various job functions

  • Performs special projects and other duties as assigned

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm or 7:30am - 4:30pm

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

  • Knowledge of Securities preferred

  • Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values

  • Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Education & Experience

  • Some college preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 2-3 years' experience in Trust, Banking, or Financial Services experience related to Reconciliation or Accounting preferred
