For more information, please visit americancentury.com. The primary responsibility of a Business Consultant I is to build relationships with key partners to drive innovation and facilitate change. You will work directly with our Business Capability Owners, business partners, key vendors and agile teams to promote business case development and inspire change within the organization!. As our next team member, you will: Collaborate to maintain an effective and groomed backlog, with clearly defined acceptance criteria per story, so that the development teams are aware of expectations, priorities, and the roadmap of the product. Drive innovation, acting as an impetus for transformation. Give to the program vision and roadmap, and participate in program backlog refinement. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical users, ensuring parties involved have an understanding and gain knowledge of the application and/or business considerations. Demonstrate understanding of, contribute to, and communicate the product's vision to the team, from the point of view of the customer, end-user, or partner. Experience working as a business analyst, data analyst, product owner, or equivalent. Willing to learn new tools and technologies to be able to work effectively in a rapid growth environment. Has a deep understanding of Service and Operations business processes to help drive success. What will make you really standout?: Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent in a related field. Product Owner certification is a strong plus. Scaled Agile (SAFe) experience.
