We may have the opportunity you've been waiting for!. We are currently seeking a Client Business Management Analyst to act as a key member of the Client Business Management (CBM) team. In this role, you will support the business by assisting with the creation and execution of sales management initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside senior distribution leadership in the US Intermediary organization and other stakeholders throughout the company. You will be responsible for providing and analyzing data and business processes needed to evaluate and complete goals. A successful Business Analyst will have a deep understanding of the inter-dependence of business functions and how data and technology inform and enable our collective efforts. Responsibilities: Work independently to support US Intermediary leadership on both strategic and tactical initiatives. Drive completion on ad hoc assignments and special projects with varying goals, both independently and within a team environment. Apply new technology and drive new initiatives with these tools to optimize productivity. This includes aspects in our business such as assessing financial results, driving new business ventures and partnerships, and developing key business metrics to allow management to understand and monitor the business. Partner with other businesses and support roles (e.g., Product, Finance, Operations/Technology, CBM) to craft initiatives and get results. Required Skills: Strong analytical background and a fundamental understanding of capital markets and the asset management industry. Self-starter, goal-oriented, persistent, high-energy level, driven to succeed and unquestioned integrity. Validated success in synthesizing disparate data into rare insights. Proven interpersonal skills with ability to follow through to completion, ideally in a project management capacity. Ability to move quickly and shift focus among different, concurrent tasks. Keen ability to understand why, not just what. Ability to convey knowledge and message to engender the trust and the respect of peers and senior level management. Required Experience: Bachelor's degree with a preference for Finance, Business, or Accounting. 2-5+ years' experience in data aggregation and analysis focused role within an asset manager, intermediary experience preferred. Strong analytical and written communication skills. Exposure to the use of technology, especially within the framework of business analytics (preferably Alteryx) and sales enablement tools including CRM tools (preferably Salesforce). SQL or Python knowledge strongly preferred but not required. Former or current project management skills a plus.
