As a Wealth Management Senior Utility Specialist, you will gain visibility to many different levels of Management by assisting front line Managers in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting responsibilities. Additional opportunity to build relationships within the different Securities Processing teams by coaching, leading projects and by developing peer associates in areas of efficiency and process improvement. Essential Functions
Candidate must have desired career path in Management and will assist front line Managers in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting responsibilities
Responsible for coaching and developing peer associates in areas of efficiency and process improvement.
Provide assistance or head project related tasks as assigned.
Responsible for providing processing back-up during periods of high volume and staff absences for various Securities Processing functions within Trust Operations
These functions can include Voluntary and Mandatory Corporate Actions, Held Away Accounting, Litigations, Income, Money Market processing, Free Movement, Depository Settlement, Alternative Asset Processing and Trade Settlement processing including Mutual Fund trade settlement.
Additional responsibilities also include, coordination of reconciliation clearance process including problem resolution, project participation, activity/productivity tracking, as well as procedure and process modification suggestions that will lead to process efficiencies and cost reduction.
Candidate must have the ability to think strategically and have a growth mindset to align the Securities Processing teams with the Commerce Trust Company's overall goals.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Knowledge of the Wealth Management industry related to securities processing
Individual motivated by finding automated solutions to create efficiencies
Ability to navigate many different Financial Institution websites to gather/collect data to post to client accounts at Commerce
Individual inspired by teamwork and assisting others to achieve team/organizational success
Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
3 to 5 years trust or financial services experience related to securities, reconciliation and accounting
