• Initiative Performance Measurement: Conducting analytics on initiatives and measuring performance against our division priorities. The consultant will work with initiative owners designing a measurement framework, executing on that framework, and reporting out in our monthly performance measurement meeting. They will own the beginning to end process of setting up the measurement framework, writing code, analyzing in SAS/Excel, working with the analytics partners to pull and transfer data, designing the analysis and reporting out to leadership. The consultant will also be required maintain a results calendar, working closely with the Director on priorities. The consultant will make recommendations based on findings and be required to look deeper to identify trends.
• FA Productivity: Measuring the productivity of the FA Cohorts against stated performance objectives will be a primary responsibility for this individual. Our D&AI FAs are held to many metrics and the consultant will need to be able to understand those metrics, identify trends, and report out to the Advice Leadership Team on areas of improvement, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Call Driver analytics: Responsible for developing deeper call reporting by FA and Toll Free Number. This person will work to diagnose drivers of call volumes for further analytics into our initiatives. They will also be responsible for maintaining records of our Toll Free Number usage and proactively identify efficiency opportunities.
• Field support and backend processing: The consultant will answer questions about our Full Service referrals, compensation, partnerships, leads, and ad hoc questions. They will also be responsible for managing the leads processes, referral tracking file, lead reassignments and the reporting (referrals funnel and FA Direct Investing dashboards).
  

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning

• Ability to produce high level summary analysis reports in a meaningful and understandable format
• Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
• Strong analytical skills including analysis of financial metrics
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
• Ability to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for resolutions
• Ability to manage small to medium size projects or initiatives, from initiation through implementation
• Ability to determine and report priorities/metrics to senior management
• Knowledge and understanding of SQL
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Knowledge and understanding of SAS

Salary Information

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
