RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Human Resource Associate in Creve Couer, MO. Responsibilities

• Human Resource Associate provides general Human Resources support to the Human Resources staff
• Administers policies, procedures, and programs relating to all aspects of human resource activity
• Assures compliance with applicable Federal, State, and local laws as well as regulations from other applicable agencies
• Organizes, updates, and maintains personnel files
• As a Human Resource Associate, you prepare and manage HR documents, and performs data entry for the HRIS system software
• Work in Shared mailbox, process separation packages, data entry into SAP, monitor voluntary resignation emails to ensure process is completed
• Provide support to HRBPs regarding separation questions
• Answer employee inquires
• Partner with other HR Operation teams on vacation payout

Job Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4-6 years of experience
• Demonstrated understanding of employment law and regulatory guidelines such as WARN, OWBPA, ADEA, and State and Federal regulations as it relates to employment termination
• Overall Payroll, Separation, HR and/or Accounting experience
• SAP knowledge
• Strong organizations skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure and maintain a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
