RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst in Saint Louis, MO.

Summary:
The client is looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst who will join the IT team supporting quality systems including the configuration of a cloud-based ERP in a fast growing, fast-paced environment. This person must be well experienced in manufacturing quality process areas and can become a partner with our QA leaders to influence, recommend, and implement IT solutions. This person must have excellent communication and analytical skills, knowledge of agile, cloud-based deployments, cloud configuration, customization, and data visualization skills using tools such as Power BI or other BI tools.

Duties:
* IT Business Analyst will gather requirements, communicate effectively to various levels in the business, and have a technical understanding to help deliver solutions that meet the needs of the business
* Research and analyze associated technology that supports a variety of processes (i.e., RTY, MES, OEE, SCADA, scrap detection, six sigma and lean manufacturing)
* Support data collection and analysis of standard cost and other operational data
* Support generation of various ad hoc reporting
* As an IT Business Analyst, you will lead projects including preparing and communicating status reports that track scope, issues, budget, and timeline; They will also be responsible for the quality of the solution by ensuring the proper testing, standards met, and support of software development life cycle
* Configure, maintain, and optimize the ERP and cloud system to ensure availability, performance, scalability, and security
* Monitor and troubleshoot automated processes across platform and application domain
* As a IT Business Analyst, you will coordinate and support full cycle implementation, application development, ongoing optimization, and stabilization of applications

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics, Technical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
* 5+ years of business analysis experience working on complex problems and producing concrete, actionable solutions. Combinations of related education and experience may be considered
* Business systems analyst experience in cloud applications
* Proficiency in application design techniques, configuration, and documentation of cloud-based applications
* Ability to review a technical design document to ensure developers are aligned with functional requirements
* Ability to demonstrate excellent communication, data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable working independently as well as in a virtual team environment
* Detail oriented, quick learners who can demonstrate thoroughness and strong ownership of work
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
* Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

Ideal candidate will also have:
* Knowledge of SQL and ability to demonstrate a technical aptitude
* Kanban Board experience for the planning and tracking of work within scrum or Kanban Agile methodology
* Knowledge of data analytical tools such as Power BI or other BI tools
* ERP Cloud Reporting, VBA, Macros, MS Access, Advanced Power BI, SharePoint, Visio, Data Analysis
* Documentation and visualization master
* Good knowledge on Agile practices; Agile/DevOps environment working experience
